how long before my order will be fulfilled?

Within 3 business days. *crosses fingers* Unless the item is a pre-order!

"I ordered a print-all-over shirt and another item, and didn't receive the shirt! help!"

The print all over shirts are printed to order from a company in California. So if you order a magazine and a shirt, we send the magazine from Chicago and the company in California makes and ships the shirt within 3-6 days.

Does sasha design everything herself?

She does! All the shirts, pins, and even Velour Magazine are designed and created by Sasha Velour. The only exception is the Punk Patch which was designed by Sophie McMahan.
